Book Review: Memories of Us by Fabiola Francisco

I got an ARC of Memories of Us by Fabiola Francisco and it was even better than I thought it would be. With every book by Francisco I fall more and more in love with her stories. With each book I read my favorite couple changes. She has this unique way of writing that makes you feel exactly what each character is feeling. Memories of Us was amazing. This story had the right amount of angst, heartbreak, hope and love to make you root for Hunter and Kenzie. Hunter--three years ago he messed up and it cost him the love of his life. Now, he's living his dream life but it means nothing without her. Kenzie--three years ago her world turned upside down and it broke her heart. She ran because it felt like her only option but she masks her love for Hunter with anger. Is three years too long to be apart or can they figure out a way to move forward together? https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/39349692-memories-of-us

Book Review: Heartbreak Warfare by Jessica Marin

I really loved this book. Jenna was a great leading character that I think showed a lot of the characteristics we go through during a relationship. Once a person has been hurt they have a tendency to hold everyone at arms length. Cal Harrington is not your typical movie star. From the beginning he came across as down to Earth and really into Jenna. They struggle through an up hill battle to get their happily ever after but it was well worth it. Jenna--is a hardworking, independent lady determined to never get hurt again after her ex husband decides to divorce her. However, one week in Vegas could change everything until she gets back to the real world and everything falls apart. Cal--is a good looking up and coming movie star. Everything is about to happen for him so it's isn't hard to believe that he just used Jenna for the week but something about him will make you wonder which version is really him. This book was very well written with characters that are easy to relat

Book Review: Wicked Gentlemen by Christy Pastore

I loved this book! I couldn't put it down. Both Stevie and Jax had secrets and I wanted to know them. Pastore did a fantastic job of keeping the secrets until they needed to come out. It created the right amount of drama and suspense. Stevie--is a young twenty something year old girl who just got out of college and is trying to make her way in the world. She got her dream job then ended up losing it only to have to go back a job she had done during college. However, things quickly change for her as she gets a new position. Jax--is the thirty something entrepreneur and sexy as sin (lol) He has rebuilt his life in a matter of three years and done it well. He is drawn to Stevie from the moment he sees her and they make one hell of a couple despite the age difference. Stevie and Jax cross paths after her first day of work when her car decides to not start. Jax comes to her rescue. They are both drawn to each other and soon find themselves unable to keep away even if they should s

Book Review: Returned to the Light by C.M. Radcliff

I got this ARC and I was so happy to read it! C.M. Radcliff does it again! I'll post the link for the book once it's released! Add it to your goodreads list below! This book put my broken heart back together. I'm so glad that Radcliff didn't leave Ryder and Lydia where they were in the first book. I'm also glad I didn't have to wait for the second book since I discovered the duet now. This book was so great. There was plenty of drama, hope, love and suspense. Radcliff did such an amazing job of creating fear and suspense in the first book that I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop (luckily it didn't but I just knew it was going to happen lol).  I was sad to see that it had been a couple of years since the last book but it worked well. Radcliff did do a great justice by giving us justice for Lydia though! Lydia--returns back home after two years of being away. After being kidnapped and tortured she had to leave in order to heal. She left behind Ryder
