Book Review: Coming Unraveled by Renee Harless

This is by far my favorite book in this series! Everleigh and Brooks own my heart! With each book in this series my favorite couple has changed but I can honestly say it won't again. I'm so similar to Everleigh that I feel I can truly relate to her. When she cried, I cried. When she was happy, I was happy. I wanted her to succeed which gave me hope. Everleigh--despises Brooks but not because she doesn't like him, it's actually the opposite. Everleigh is determined to never repeat her mistakes but Brooks can be the one to test her and make her push her own limits. Brooks--is the good looking doctor plus ex-baseball player. His reputation proceeds him however Everleigh is different from him. From the moment he sees her he feels the need to protect her however, that's the last thing Everleigh wants. Brooks fights harder than anyone I've ever seen and it only made me love him more. Once Everleigh's secrets come out you have a better sense of why she fights

Book Review: Coming Altered by Renee Harless

My weekend was uneventful aside from finishing Coming Altered by  Renee Harless . I tired my best to give you a spoiler free review (but it wasn't easy)! This has been my favorite book so far in this series! I loved both Harlan and Cassidy so much! Their story was so intriguing to me that I couldn't put it down. Cassidy is a fashion designer trying to keep herself out of the spotlight. She only wants her clothes to become famous. Then she meets Theo who turns out to be Harlan a rock star who the spotlight loves just about as much as Cassidy loves. Harlan has the bad boy rock star reputation but is willing to lay it all on the line for Cassidy, once he finds her again after a one night stand. The two quickly fall for one another but trying to keep their relationship out of the spotlight becomes a challenge. Add in a crazy obsessed fan hell bent on destroying the relationship to have the one she wants and you've got yourself on hell of a story that you can't put

Book Review: Coming Consumed by Renee Harless

Book Review Coming Consumed by Renee Harless First of all I'm behind on book reviews. I actually finished this book on Friday but better late than never! Below is my spoiler free review of Coming Consumed along with the link to purchase!  This has been my favorite book in the Welcome to Carson series so far however the preview of the next installment has me itching to get my hands on that one. I think it will be my new favorite. Coming Consumed had just enough romance, action and suspense to keep you turning the page constantly! You have two strong, independent and stubborn main characters who sometimes refuse to admit the truth about their feelings for one another.  Sydney is consumed with work although her work is her passion. As a baker she spends most of her time in her shop. What free time she has is spent with her family and she doesn't concern herself with dating until Dylan shows up to apply for the head chef job for her new business.  Dylan is a man with a l

First birthday!

I can't believe Pedal to the Metal is already a year old! This wasn't the first book I wrote but it was the first one that started to build in mind. I remember after watching the very first Fast and Furious movie how I became obsessed with racers and that lifestyle. Of course at the time I was only in Jr. High but this story started to build. Over the years and as I've matured so has the story line and characters. When I first sat down to write my first book I had every intention of writing Pedal to the Metal but instead Magicals came out and while it will always be my baby I've felt a deeper connection to the characters and world of the James Brothers series. Jagger and Londynn's story demanded to be written so much so that I had to change my scheduled writing timeline. I had set out to write all three books in the Magicals trilogy first but Pedal to the Metal just wouldn't let that happen. I had just finished writing Capture and was plotting Ignite w
